The name Baltic originates from the idea of importing soft furniture from Lithuania. Lithuania is one of the Baltic States in Europe, located along the Baltic Sea, and is known for its long-standing craftsmanship and furniture-making traditions.

Our soft furniture line is both designed and manufactured in Lithuania by a highly respected manufacturer with roots in the industry dating back to the 1880s. We focus exclusively on furniture produced in European countries, with an emphasis on quality, craftsmanship, and heritage.

Yes. While most of our furniture is custom made, we typically display two to three pieces per model in carefully selected fabrics to showcase our most popular designs. All showroom pieces are well maintained and available for purchase.

We occasionally offer promotional discount codes, though showroom pieces are generally priced the same as made-to-order items. The best way to stay informed about promotions is by subscribing to our email newsletter.

Yes, we offer custom orders across our furniture collection. Clients can choose from a wide selection of sofa styles and fabrics. Please note that custom orders have an estimated lead time of approximately four months.
Do you have locations beyond the Denver showroom?

At this time, our Denver showroom is the only physical location where our furniture can be viewed in person.

Yes. We offer flexible financing options through Shop Pay.
With Shop Pay, you can split your purchase into installment payments at checkout.
How it works:

Your first payment is due at checkout. Remaining payments are automatically charged to your saved payment method. You’ll receive email reminders before each payment.

While we do our best to provide accurate shipping timelines at checkout and in your order confirmation, delivery dates for made-to-order pieces cannot be guaranteed. If your order is delayed or availability changes, we will contact you with an update.

For deliveries over 100 miles, delivery fees start at $250 and vary based on distance

Where is your furniture made?
Our upholstered furniture is made in Lithuania, Europe, by
manufacturers with craftsmanship traditions dating back to the 1880s.
These are established European makers whose furniture is sold across
Europe and presented at leading design and interior events.
We work closely with our partners - selecting models, fabrics, and
construction details together - rather than sourcing generic, mass-
produced pieces.

Many of our fabrics are available in a variety of colors and finishes, and
we’re happy to help you choose the best option for your needs. Fabric
swatches are available upon request so you can see and feel the
material before making your decision.

No - just if there is something really specific. Otherwise you are always
welcome to visit our showroom at its open hours:
- Wednesday-Thursday 11-5pm
- Friday-Saturday 11-7pm
- Sunday 11-3pm

RETURNS, WARRANTY & CARE
What is your return policy?
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items, starting from the date
of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The sofa must be unused and show no visible damage or wear
We strongly encourage customers to keep the original packaging, or
ensure the piece can be safely repackaged for return
Approved returns are subject to a $250 restocking fee, which helps
cover inspection, handling, and logistics.
For out-of-state deliveries, return shipping costs are the responsibility of
the customer.
If you’re unsure whether a return applies to your situation, we encourage
you to reach out to us directly - we’re always happy to talk it through and
provide clarity before any decision is made.

Yes. Our upholstered furniture includes a manufacturer warranty that
covers:
